realpomodoro.com does not collect, store, or process any personal data that can identify you from your use of the timer, tasks, or any other app feature. We have no servers that log your activity, no databases that store your personal information, and no backend systems that track your usage. All application data — including timer configurations, task lists, session history, and preferences — is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device. The only exceptions are our contact form, which is handled by a third-party service, and our use of Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics, both described below.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to improve the service. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect anonymous, aggregated information such as your approximate geographic location, device type, browser, pages visited, and referring site. This data is not used to identify you personally and is managed by Google under its own privacy policy. When you use it, your name, email address, subject, and message are sent to FormSubmit.co and forwarded to us via email. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We retain email correspondence only as long as necessary to address your request. By submitting the form, you consent to this processing. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. FormSubmit's own privacy policy governs their handling of your data during transmission. The only other third-party service we use is Google Analytics for anonymous, aggregate usage statistics, as described above.
